Rumi Restaurant invites you to explore the
cuisine of the Silk Road, the great trading route
that once crossed Central Asia and the Middle-East.
This trading route joined cities, oases and markets. It linked ancient traditions and vast kingdoms.
Though known for the silk trade, this was also the route by which fragrant, flavoursome spices were exchanged.
We invite you to share in the spirit that moved those early travellers, merchants and pilgrims who traded
fine goods and cultural treasures for centuries.
To share in the spirit of openness.
